Although not new to the repertoire of terminology of the workplace design, terms like “flex”, “remote”, “resi-mercial”, “hybrid”, have jumped up on the billboard charts of workplace lexicon. From business owners to operators the ongoing task is to question and facilitate the shifts in the evolution of this segment.

When Medallion approached us to design their new office, we focused on providing organizational support through collaborative moments, to foster continual transparency and daily vibrance of their brand. We helped define the different use cases of their space and built in flexibility and flow while framing each function with physical solutions.
